LMR43620-Q1: SW node undershoot

Hello experts,

My customer concerns SW node undershoot during operation of LMR43620-Q1 as this exceeds abs max rating (-0.3V).

I believe there is no concern because this is just a body diode voltage drop during deadtime, is it correct?

Hello

That is correct. There is no issue with the voltage going negative during the

body diode conduction, since the time is in the ns range.
