Hi,
Could you explain why use unknown 6V diodes for D5/D14 in LM731000EVM?
LM73100 Integrated Ideal Diode Evaluation Module (Rev. A)
I think need 1.8V zener for IMON...

Hi Okutsu-san,
We should use 1.8V Zener diode as suggested in the datasheet. I am not fully aware of the decisions taken during the EVM or the ideal diode development process.
The clamping voltage of existing diode in the EVM is around 3.5V which can result in abs max violation.
