    Could you provide us some more information about this device, so we can provide you a recommendation on what we may have available. Is this a monitor, protector, balancer? I cannot find much information about it, so I cannot tell you what solutions we could provide.

    I also apologize for the delay in responding to you.

    The device information is “one-cell Li-ion battery protection IC with integrated MOSFET”.
    I would prefer one with a power saving function, is it in TI's lineup?
    I'm investigating equivalent products for BCP measures.

    Hello Yoshida-san,

    We do not have a protector with integrated MOSFET.

    We have the BQ297x or BQ298x protectors, both with power saving functions, however they do not have integrated FETs, so you would need to have external MOSFETs.
