Tool/software:
Hi team,
Can the TPS1HC100-Q1 be used as a DC24V load switch?
I think the withstand voltage is fine, but what are the limitations at DC24V?
Best regards,

Do you have any comments?
I have an additional question: can it be used for both DC5V and DC24V?
Hi Hirotsugu,
Since both of those systems fall within the 3-28V operating range, you should be able to use the TPS1HC100-Q1 as a load switch if the main goal is just to turn a power rail on and off. The high-side switch will have more protection features. The limitations depend on the customer and if there is a specific feature or requirement they need for their system such as max load current, Rdson, etc.
Thanks,
