BQ29312A: chip set for 4S, 5AH charge, balancing and protection

Can you recomend a suitable chip set for a new design that will use a 5AH, 4S LiPo battery pack.

We will need charging, balancing, protection and fuel guage functions and needs to be able to intergace to a microcontroller.
