I originally completed a successful learning cycle for my 10Ah 4S battery a year ago. I have since copied the golden image and flashed it onto many other battery management boards I have made utilizing the BQ40Z50. A bunch of them were disconnected for awhile, and I just plugged them back into their batteries. However, all of them state incorrect FCC (one is as low as 200mAh when it should be 5000mAh - I set the capacity and current gains to 2). In addition, all of them report 100% RSOC when the pack is at 15-15.8V instead of at 16.8V as desired such that the overcharge condition gets triggered before a valid charge termination can be detected. I currently have my design voltage set at 16.8V so not sure why this is happening. Attached is a gg file with my settings. Thanks in advance!
