TPS552882: not getting 12V out put with 12V input

Hello Ti,
I am using  TPS552882 in my custome board, whilling giving Vin = 12V I'm not getting 12V output. What could be the reason.
Please find the attached schematic

    Thank you for reaching out. What is the application here?

    What is the output current when you do the test? What is the current limit of power supply?

    Can you provide waveforms of SW1, SW2, Vout, inductor current?
