Hi,
We have a buck regulator that is expecting to drive MOSFET gates at 10V, but the LMG2100R044 is only able to tolerate up to 6V on it's gate driver control logic pins (Hi and Lo).
Is a voltage divider the best way to shift the PWM voltage when switching roughly between 500kHz and 1MHz?
e.g. are there internal low accuracy bias resistors on these pins that would compromise the divider?
There's no guarantee that we can supply the buck regulators bootstrap pin with less than 10V so we're exploring other options.
Kind regards,
Dan
