I added REF3012AIDBZR as an alternate before, and see that it is RoHS, but we may still have some of the original part.

Hi Tony, the LM4121AIM5-1.2/NOPB is a RoHS part but note that this product is no longer in production. New designs should consider an alternate product. Please check TI.com for alternate products.
