Tool/software:
I am using the TPS2819MDBVREP and connecting 25V to Vdd with cap on Vcc to gnd. The regulated output measures around 11V. as it should per the datasheet. I am driving the input with a 5V pulse and getting nothing on the output. The output is open circuit and I am not seeing any pulse on the output. From the datasheet ref circuit it looks like the output should work fine without a load connected but i am not seeing anything. I changed the part out part thinking it may be dad but and still getting the same results. Is there somthing I am missing here? (Not sure if the REP part would be different but the Part Number field can't locate this part number).
