BQ25895: Charger output problem when supplied from the battery

Hi,

I am using BQ25895RTWR as a charger and power path selector in my circuit. My supply voltage is 12V and this voltage directly goes to BQ25895RTWR's VBUS pin. I have used TPS61033QDRLRQ1 right after BQ25895RTWR. Output of the TPS61033QDRLRQ1 supplys the +12V /-12V converters.

I am having a problem with my circuit. If I supply my circuit directly from 12V circuit works well. But if I supply my circuit from battery TPS61033QDRLRQ1 genarates audible noise and downstream circuit dosent work properly. I have attached my circuit. 

Note: To make sure is this problem really related with charger, I have removed FB6. And I have supplied 3.8V the FB6 ferrite bead SYS net side pad. Downstream circuit worked. This situation made me think the problem is related with charger. Could you please help this problem.
