We use the LMQ644A2QRXARQ1 part number for 3.3V and 5V conversion for 24V. But we are facing continuous issues in that IC. I don't know why this happened, but I used the TI web bench for reference. I will attached the schematic PCF with this. Kindly check and update me ASAP.

The pdf seems to be empty. Can you please delve into detail as to what issues you are facing? Are there scope shots that are of concern with the IC's performance?

I have attached the schematic image and source document. We are facing the following issues: every time the 3.3V was short-circuited with the ground.

1. we are using the Quectel IC for phone call purposes, but while trying to make a call, we are facing a short-circuit issue every time.

Hi Surya,

Are there input capacitors on VIN? From the second pdf you sent, it does not seem to be the case.

Additionally, please provide scope shots of the observed failure. Please also conduct an ABA swap with the EVM for this device as this will help us determine if your issue is application or IC related.
