TLV758P: TLV75801PDBVR Absolute maximum case temperature

During operation, the 150°C max junction temperature is a more appropriate rating than case temperature due to power dissipation in the device. If the power dissipation is known or can be estimated, it is possible to calculate the maximum case temperature which would prevent the max junction temperature from being exceeded. This can be calculated as follows: Tc_max_est = TJ_max - P * ψJT. Substituting the maximum junction temperature and thermal parameters for the TLV75801PDBV, Tc_max_est = 150° - P * 21°C/W.

In storage, the case temperature should not exceed 150°C.
