TPS653860-Q1: Can I read the GPI pin states from the SPI bus

Tool/software:

In the data sheet it states that the GPI pin states are able to be read on the digital mux out through the DIAG_OUT pin.  Is there any internal spi register that I can just get the state of the GPI pins through SPI?

    Hi Theo,

    I do not believe there is a way to just directly read the GPI pin level via SPI. For GPO, I think you can see the readback level register RDBK_LVL_STAT - but not GPI.  What is the use-case you are trying to enable?
