If the translator I used is correct, the issue you are reporting is you are unable to confirm USB enumeration when connecting the TPS25762DQ1EVM to the PC.

Can you please confirm the following?

1. Are you using the Windows "Device Manager" to confirm USB enumeration?
2. Are the jumper configuration the same as shown in the image below?
3. What voltage are you using to power the EVM via the banana jack connectors (highlighted in the pink box)?
4. Are you connecting to the PC via the micro-b connector (highlighted in the orange box)?

The following are requirements to do USB Endpoint Flash programming via the Type-C port:

1. The EEPROM must already be programmed with a patch bundle to do USB Endpoint programming via the Type-C port.

2. Ensure TVSP8 is selected to boot the TPS25762-Q1 in USB EP Firmware Update mode

3. Ensure the version of the FW used to generate your USB Endpoint binary is the latest, vF411.04.01.0005

4. When creating the USB Endpoint binary or programming it, use one of the two GUI options highlighted below:

When connecting your PC to the EVM via the Type-C port and you do not see enumeration, see Section 5.3 in the GUI Config Guide here.
