    Hello Ernest,

    Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. Are you asking about liquid helium at 4.2K? TI specs the operating and storage temperature of our FETs from -55°C to +150°C (or +175°C). I cannot tell you if the FET will operate at cryogenic temperatures as we have not tested below -55°C and therefore have no data. I am not aware of any FET specified to operate at extremely low temperatures. I hope this helps.
