TPS564255: Chip dont work

Hello everyone,
I am having a problem with the TPS564255DRLR, but I’m not sure if this is the right channel to ask for help.

I produced 5 prototypes using the TPS564255DRLR, but only one board is working as expected.
Initially, I reviewed the assembly and the values used, and everything seems correct.

All 5 chips were purchased from Mouser and came properly packaged.
The chips that are not working show absolutely no DC voltage or signal on the output — they simply do not run. On the other hand, the one that works did not require any changes to the assembled values.

I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out! Do you ever have chance to try to do ABA test? Place the good sample to the suspect board to see whether the suspect board can work or not? And place the suspect unit to the good board to see whether it can work? Thank you!
