Hi Team,
* We are designing an LCD drive circuit. LCD backlight requirements are as follows.
* When I examine the datasheet, as I have shown in the attachment, it says somewhere that it does not regulate below 15V.
* But there is no minimum value specified in the electrical characteristic table. There is only a maximum value.
* The Vovp(ıfb) value is also given somewhere between 15-20V.
Since the backlight voltage of the LCD we use is 9V, I am not sure if I can use this integrated circuit.
Which value should I look at?
Which value is correct?
What is the min/max value?
If it is not suitable, I am thinking of using the TPS65154 integrated circuit. There is no minimum value specified on it. Can anyone who uses this integrated circuit also provide information? What is the minimum backlight voltage?
