LM25037-Q1: Low impendance issues on OUT A

Part Number: LM25037-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM25037

Tool/software:

Following customer return with this device we confirmed a low Impedance on pin 13 (OUTA) on some parts.

This has been detected during verification of a parallel 100kΩ resistor is measured at 45 kΩ instead of 10 kΩ due to low OUTA impedance vs GND from LM25037 (confirmed after desoldering of the device):

We have considered lowering minimum tolerance value for resistor control but we measured some parts as low as 15 kΩ instead of 100 kΩ.

- Is there typical characteristic and/or values for Output voltages vs Output current?

- Is there a defined minimum VF (forward bias) value (when pin 13 starts to conduct as described below) ?

- Is there some typical output current values at fixed VF (0.5V / 1.0V / 1.5V for instance)?
