ULQ2003A-Q1: PWM switching frequency limit of ULQ2003A-Q1

I am looking for low-side driver for multiple solenoids. Our solenoid has 54Ohm resistance and 23.5mH inductance. We would live to drive it with ULQ2003A-Q1 at 20kHz PWM (30% to 100% duty cycle) signal. I didn't found Ton or Toff of ULQ2003A-Q1 to calculate maximum PWM frequency. Could you please confirm what is the maximum PWM frequency is achievable with ULQ2003A-Q1 device? is it possible to achieve 20kHz switching frequency?

    20Khz is feasible and we have seen it in several applications. You can use the propagation delays as follows:

    The wildcard here will be inductance on the output and how hot the device will get. This will depend on the load current/power of the load, however from a timing perspective the ULQ2003A-Q1 would be able to handle everything. Note the device has no thermal shutdown feature so if the device heats up over the supported range the device has the potential for damage.
