LM25148: Schematic and PCB review

Hi Team,

We are developing a CC/CV DC-DC Charger board using the LM25148 and using the reference from ( https://www.ti.com/lit/an/snvaa85/snvaa85.pdf?ts=1738149928860&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.google.com%252F ) for the CC/CV regulation loop. 

We need help with reviewing the schematic as well as the PCB board. Will share the files on private chat. 

We already have a board with us and we are facing a few issue in getting the output to required values. Required specs:

Vin: 18V to 30V
Vout: 16.8V/ 5A

For testing, the CC/CV circuit is not populated currently and we are trying to get the DC-DC converter to regulate the output voltage (No output observed). As observed now, these are the values that are observed on the IC pins:

Required voltage not present on the following pins:
1. CNFG: 100mV (should be 5.5V)
2. EXTCOMP: 210mV(should be 5.25V)
3. RT: 0.5V (should be 5.25V)

VCC,VDDA, CBOOT to SW are all around the recommended operating condition voltages.

Please do look into the schematic and PCB and let me know what may be the possible troubleshooting that can be done to get the converter working.
