TPS40170: Vout re-output

Tool/software:

Hi,

I'm using TPS40170 at bellow setting.

Vin = 48V
Vout = 24V
UVLO :Von=36V, Voff=26V (UVLO Rhi=2MΩ, Rlow=51kΩ)

After Vin and UVLO are turned off, TPS40170 seems to re-output.
Is this a specification?

ch1: Vout
ch2: SS pin
ch3: Vin
