Tool/software:

Hi Team,

I am using lm5116 in my design for DC DC converter.

Input voltage is 72 V and output is voltage is 12.

When I am connecting load 3A output voltage is dropping and ic is heating up.

Can you please help increase the current rating and share the reference design for output voltage 12/10A

    Hello Sasikumar 

    Please check the IC temperature accurately and let me know. I guess the device might shutdown by TSD protection function. 

    If you have a freezer spray, please apply it on the IC and check if any improvement.
