I'm using an import wizard with Altium that should be able to open any other program's files. I haven't had issues with it before trying to import this file.

Hi Megan,

I updated the source file to be the most updated version of Cadence Allegro, try using this file. If this doesn't work you may need to reach out to Altium to see if they are able to help with the file conversion process.
