Hi All.

it is unclear from the data sheet, of the TPS2560A, since this is a two-power switch's IC does the Iim is set for the each port separately or sum for both channels current delivery.

for example if i have connected R_Ilim=93.3Kohm according to page 12, they wrote this is for "both channels" - now what will be the valid current ability per channel - 

~500mA per channel or   ~250mA per channel???

    Hi Nitsan,

    The current limit for both channels is derived from the resistor on ILIM, but each channel will limit current individually.

    If you select RILIM to 500mA, then both channels will have an ILIM of 500mA.  It is not split.
