TPSM86837: TPSM86837 Failure

Hello,

I have two devices of TPSM86837RCG in which initial operation was ok, but after several powerups the devices failed, they are not switching anymore, showing 125 & 160 ohm short to ground in the enable pin

Vin=8v

Vout = 3.9 and 5v

What could be the problem?

Can you please share your schematic and layout? And under what test did the device failure? What's the Vin, Iout applied? Can you please share the power up/off waveforms of Vin, SW, vout?
