I'm using the LMZ22008, LMZ22010 and LMZ22003 in my design.  I need to know what the output impedance for these devices to properly calculate my FPGA supply cap decoupling values...

    Hi Dan,

     

    I will reference from

    Power Delivery Network (PDN) Tool User Guide

    The LMZ22008, LMZ22010 have the following values for Rvrm and Lvrm.

    Rvrm = 7mOhms (typ)

    LVrm = 2.2uH

     

    The LMZ22003 has the following values for Rvrm and Lvrm.

    Rvrm = 30mOhms (typ)

    Lvrm = 3.3uH

     

    THe Lvrm values are listed in the datasheets and can be found in the block diagram.
