TPS3890: Maximum VHYST

Part Number: TPS3890

Tool/software:

Hi Team,

According to the Device Comparison Table, for the TPS389018, VITN = 1.73V, VITP = 1.740V.

Applying this to formula (1), VHYST = [ (1.74 - 1.73) / 1.73 ] * 100% = 0.578%, which is close to the 0.575% listed in the electrical characteristics table.

According to the electrical characteristics table, VITN and VITP each have an error of ±1%.

Taking this into account, we calculate VHYST as follows:
VHYST = [(1.7574 - 1.7127) / 1.7127] * 100% ≒ 2.61%

However, according to the electrical characteristics table, the maximum value of VHYST is 0.825%.

Am I correct in understanding that the maximum value of VHYST is 0.825%, as stated in the electrical characteristics?

Best Regards,
