For the calculation of delay time, do we have to consider the DC bias characteristics of the capacitor?
If so, what is the applied voltage?

Hi Shuhei,

No you do not have to consider the DC bias when calculating the delay time, as long as you are using a low leakage capacitor. For example an X5R.
