Hi team.

when 48V plug in directlly  that will any impact? No use hotswap solution.

Need add some RC filter to prevent spike?

    Hi Jimmy,

    This is a hot-plug scenario so you will want to monitor the vin pin (using a scope probe) to make sure the transients don't exceed 80V operating voltage. You may need to add a TVS diode at the input that clamps at 85V (abs max) or lower to prevent damage to IC.
