The datasheet states CBOOT=100nF, CVCC=1uF, is this a minimum value?
If not, what are the minimum capacitance requirements for CBOOT and CVCC?

    Hi Komura,

    CBOOT = 100nF and CVCC = 1uF have been thoroughly tested and qualified to work over the full operating voltages and temperature levels. In order to insure that you have a stable system, I recommend using those values in your design.
