UC3707: ESD information

Hey Renan,

Thank you for reaching out to TI with your question regarding the UC3707.

The UC3707 is an older product and so with that information not provided in the datasheet, I am not able to provide it.

We do have newer, similar parts that have HBM ESD ratings such as the UCC27624.

Is there a specific need for the UC3707 or are you currently using it?

Hey Renan,

Due to the age of this part and the HBM rating not being on the datasheet. I do not have any data or general spec recommendations for the ESD ratings for this part. Here is a Application Note for general handling and information with respect to ESD for them to reference.

That does not help. I need to know if these were class 0 or something else, class 0 requires much tighter controlled handling. 

We have these parts in stock , you should be able to find someone to answer the question, regardless of current part status.
