Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS65023B, TPS650861, TPS65224
Tool/software:
We are looking to design a power management for Xilinx XCZU7EG FPGA. We are looking for a suitable PMIC to drive most of the voltages on the FPGA. Further details below:
1) Target FPGA = XCZU7EG-2FBVB900I (no VCU)
2) Board peripherals are: PS and PL DDR4 memory, Ethernet controller, eMMC memory. ~100% of FPGA I/O and 40% of GTH TRX are utilized for downstream PCBs
3) "Always On Cost Optimized Power Rail Consolidation" with maximum recommended rail consolidation for FPGA PS/PL rails.
4) We plan to use TPS56221DQPT to drive most core 0.8 V supply (VCCINTx) of the FPGA
5) We have a dedicated DDR4 VTT (0V6)/VPP(2V5) regulator for DDR4 (but still need core 1V2 DDR voltage + supply for VTT regulator)
We need a PMIC that will deliver as many other FPGA voltages as possible, and also supply DDR 1V2 rail. We are looking for something like 3-4 BUCKS and 3-4 LDOs.
In the past, we have used TPS65219 in other applications. Could you please recommend a PMIC(s) that are suitable for the description above?
Thank you,
Ivan Bukreyev
