Hello I have a question.

Please Check the below

1) Cut off U2 (FET) on ACDRV side at input over current according to R14 (CS resister) value designed on ACN / ACP line

2) Cut off U3 (FET) on PWM side at output over current according to R20 (CS resister) value designed on SRN / SRP line

If the above is correct, please check if it is Pin Open or GND processing when ACN/ACCP Pin is not used.

Yes, This is correct.

SRN and SRP are for charge current regulation.

If ACN and ACP are not used, they will need to be tied together and pulled up to the Adpater voltage

If ACN and ACP are not used, Do I need to design R13, R15, C3 circuits?

And What are the functions of R13, R15, C3?

If ACN/ACP are not used, you can remove R13/R15/C3.
