The Operating Junction Temperature Range has been changed to 140°C to 150°C, but the Op Temp in the package information remains at a maximum of 140°C.

Which is correct?

The Operating Junction Abs Max temperature is 150°C. It appears that the packaging information table was not properly updated with this change. So, please refer to the Abs Max table for this rating.

Hi William,

Thank you for your reply. I understand that the maximum Tj value is 150℃.
The product page still says 140℃, so please correct that as soon as possible.
