One of my customer is using TPS7H1101A-SP & they have raised below query related CS pin.

Query :- For our application, foldback/ current monitoring is not needed from LDO. Can we leave CS pin open? or what to do if foldback / current monitoring is not needed?

If foldback and current monitoring are not needed, then the CS pin can be tied to GND.

Hi Mitesh,

It would be better to place the pin in a known state to prevent unexpected behavior or switching between foldback/no-foldback modes. Is there a specific reason your customer is interested in a floating configuration as opposed to grounding the pin?
