Can you suggest some alternative? I tired to find one but I am confused regarding my system's current consumption. Basically my system works between 2.7V to 5.5V and load current is 30-40mA max. regulation of current is not an issue. I want to regulate voltage only. but i don't know how efuse will work for such low current requirement

TPS2521 can be a good option for my system? from datasheet I can see that we can limit over current from 0.5A to 4.4A. But since my system consumption is only 0.03-0.04A which is way less than minimum overvoltage limit. I am afraid that maybe some undercurrent protection condition will cause issues in my system(not sure tough)

Thanks for your recommendation. TPS1641 has current limit range from 0.03A to 1.8A. Since my system's current consumption is less than 30mA so will it affect my system? I mean since minimum current limit of TPS1641 is 30mA so if my system is consuming under 30mA then will there be any sort of issue for this IC or it will work fine for me?
