Hi TI Team,

We are using LMS1585AIS-3.3/NOPB in one of our project.

To do the thermal calculations we need to know the Rj theta Junction to ambient of LMS1585AIS-3.3/NOPB which is not mentioned in datasheet. Please provide us this.

    It appears that the LMS1585AIS-3.3/NOPB thermal resistance is specified as θJC to the thermal pad. Going off the thermal characteristics for the LM1084, another LDO in the same KTT package with similar θJC values, I'd expect θJA to be around 40°C/W. If a more accurate estimate is needed, I would combine the specified θJC value with calculated thermal resistance for your specific layout, as the overall thermal performance will be affected by the copper geometry connected to the thermal pad.
