Since you are using MOSFETs with high gate charge, you should expect higher IC temperature (~ 45°C if ambient temperature is 25°C) than typical design.
Also, looks like the inductor is heating up the IC, increasing the ambient temperature of the IC now. Please replace the inductor with higher efficiency inductor (MSS1583-103ME) , connect the SW terminal of the inductor directly on the board, but connect the VOUT terminal of the inductor using (~ 5cm) jumper wire and check if any improvement.
