TPS746-Q1: Output to Ground resistance

I am wanting to perform a resistance measurement between the output of the TPS746-Q1 and ground to verify that there are no shorts before turning on power. The block diagram shows 2 internal resistors in series between the output pin and ground. Can you provide the values of these resistors for the 1.8V and 1.0V fixed voltage versions of the part?

Hi Eric,

Sorry for the delay. I'm running simulations now to determine the internal resistance values. It's not obvious from the design schematics what the values are so simulating is a faster way to get them. If I can't get them to you by tomorrow then hopefully I can have them early next week.

Hi Eric,

Apologies again for the delay. There was an issue with the simulation. I've tried everything on my end and have not been successful, so I'm asking the design team to look into this for me.

Hi Eric,

The bottom resistor is 550k, and the top resistor is 450k for the 1V output and 1.25M for the 1.8V output.
