PSPICE-FOR-TI: Backwards compatibility for Old PSpice designs

Hello,

My customer recently installed TI PSpice on a new PC and the simulations they created on another PC using an older version of TI Pspice won't run on the newer version. It recognizes the version is older when I try to open it but it can't convert the file.

Is there anything we can do to support this?

    Can the send over the archived version, including any libraries? 

    I can try to debug, and also see if Cadence has any inputs regarding changes between 17.4 and 23.1 that might impact simulation.

    Also, what error are they getting? Screen capture would help.
