I am trying to model part number CSD19538Q2, but I am noticing some inconsistencies between several variations of the DQK package. Both part numbers CSD19538Q2 and CSD25310Q2 use the DQK package, but the way that the dimensions are defined are slightly different. Is there a version that is out of date, or are both drawings valid for their own part? If both drawings are valid, the drawing in CSD19538Q2 defines the thermal pad as being off-center (0.47mm from one edge to the centerline) is this correct? The CSD25310Q2 has no indication that the thermal pad is off center, so I assume that it is centered about the CL. Please see attachments below for references.
