TPSM82912: Recommended OUTPUT CAPACITORS for Vin=12V Vout=5V

My customer would like to use TPSM82912 at Vin=12V, Vout=5V Iout(max)=1A. And the DESIGN GOAL is “Typical”.

Q1:
In the Table 8-2 of the datasheet, the OUTPUT CAPACITOERs are blank for their conditions. What output capacitors are recommended for their design?

Q2:
Cf should be 3x 22uF for their design?

Q3:
Any other things they should care of?

Dear Hirano,

For the application cases that are not found in datasheet Table 8-2, there are two methods to design the TPSM8291x circuit. Section 8.2.2.1 uses Webench to design the circuit automatically or the calculations in Section 8.2.2.2 can be used instead.
