I have the exact same problem as this and I do not see a solution in this thread. Was this ever resolved. I was able to program the flash on my TPS25751EVM board once.
I am wondering if there is some USB to serial device driver issue or other. I did install arduino after the successful flash. Currently it is looking at a microsoft USB to serial converter from 2006! Not sure if this is the issue or not.
Would really like to know if there is a resolution to this issue as I'm stuck.
