TPS22950: Load switch for 3V3 with small current (15-20mA) limiting

Tool/software:

I need a load switch for 3V3 that can enforce a low current limit of say 15-20 mA.

Can I use Rlim of 56K R for TPS22950 and expect it to work as intended?

(I do not need UL recognition for this app.)

I'm happy to look a different part. SOT23 would be best, but can deal with other packages.

For TPS22950, min current limit is 50mA.

Can you tell me your application for which you are looking for?

I couldn't find load switch with 15mA current limiting feature. I will check some of eFuse if that can help.

It is a factory test station. I want to limit the current into the DUT to avoid frying anything.

i may just use a jfet.
