We have the following requirements for a product. What IC or scheme do you recommend? Thanks!

1. Applicable to 3 Series LIFEPO4 Cell.

2. Have reduced Power Modes and less than 40μA in this mode.

3. Have protect and Fuel Gauge function.

Hello Zehu,

Based on your requirements I recommend the BQ40Z50-R2 and below I answer the questions you listed

1. The BQ40Z50-R2 is able to do 3 series and pin VC4 would need to be shorted to VC3 pg.) 26
2.) BQ40Z50-R2 does have a sleep mode but use 52μA in that state but in shutdown mode the chip uses1.6μA. pg.) 9
3.) BQ40Z50-R2 is a fuel gauge and has 1st and 2nd level safety features pg.) 25
