i want to use the following N-Channel mosfet for the CHG FET and DSG FET:
- Part nummber: BSC070N10LS5ATMA1
- (Qg) (Max.) = 20 nC @ 4.5 V
- 7mOhm at 40A, 10V
My question is, how many of these FETS i can put in parallel (for heat dissipation etc.) without pulling to much energy from the CHG an DSG drivers of the Chip?
Can i put 4 of them in parallel? (So 4 in parallel for CHG driver and 4 in parallel for DSG driver)
