Do you have any recommendation for the MOSFETS to use in external cell balancing?

It would be fine if you just give me a few part number which a commonly used for external cell balancing.

Hi Silvan.

I am also working on cell balancing. For cell balancing you need to use a mosfet with a gate threshold voltage below 1.7V. I have a mosfet with the code "SI2356DS-T1-GE3" and I am using it for testing, it works.

But I will use this mosfet in production. ==> DMN1019USN-13
