LM66100: RCB under 1.5VIN

Hi Experts,

My customer is going to use LM66100 with RCB configuration. Under RCB configuration, when VIN is 80mV lower than Vout(/CE), the switch is turned off. When VIN is lower than 1.5V which is min recommended operating condition, is the switch still off state?(still block the reverse current?)
