My question is regarding the use of LM9061-Q1 as a High-side Gate Driver for DC-DC Switching Converters. Can this be used for switching the MOSFET at 100-200kHz?
In this image the output turn-on and turn-off time is for normal PWM Control or the internal fault protection circuit?
